A US federal court has blocked Texas from using new voting maps drawn by Republicans in an effort to shore up their majority in the 2026 midterm elections.

The current court ruling is that Texas must use its 2021 map, though this might be appealed in a higher court.

Resolves YES if Texas uses its current 2021 map in the 2026 midterms, and NO if a different map is used.
