Verified by records and public reporting, which may take time to come out (but probably not).

The close date has no bearing on resolution, and will likely (but not certainly) be extended if there has not yet been a new member appointed to the US Supreme Court.

If the US Supreme Court meaningfully ceases to exist before it gains a new member, resolves N/A.
