Will there be any video / audio recording / other evidence of Mitch McConnell speaking from today (July 7th) until the end of the year. I must be able to view/hear it with my own eyes/ears. If an extremely credible source (NYT? WaPo? idk) releases an article that corroborates Mitch McConnell speaking (say, a journalist spoke with him), that would count. Using augmented voice technology to speak would count as well.

I will not bet on this market.
