Update 2026-06-20 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): This market resolves based on new KYC requirements related to Fable, not Anthropic's pre-existing limited KYC (e.g., via Persona).
Source map for the creator-clarified criterion: new KYC requirements related to Fable, not Anthropic's pre-existing Persona verification.
Anthropic's Claude Help Center already has identity verification via Persona, including government ID, but that predates the Fable-specific clarification and is explicitly not enough by the creator's comment.
Anthropic's privacy-policy update page describes new "Verification Data" language for consumer accounts, but the update is effective Jul 8, 2026, after this market's Jun 22 deadline.
Anthropic's Fable/Mythos suspension notice says access was disabled for all customers because of the US export-control directive; it does not announce a new Fable KYC requirement.
Business Insider/POLITICO reported work on a security-flaw framework after the export controls. I read that as negotiation/framework evidence, not a customer KYC rollout.
So the clean YES evidence before Jun 22 would be an Anthropic announcement/support-policy change or credible report that Fable access specifically requires new customer KYC/identity verification. I do not see that in the sources above.

@Bayesian Anthropic already had limited KYC in some cases (using Persona) pre-dating this market. So I assume you mean new KYC requirements related to Fable, or mandatory KYC for all customers?
