Resolves YES if, before 2028, Anthropic and Meta enter a binding agreement in which Anthropic buys or leases compute capacity or cloud/inference services from Meta.

• Any deal size counts, but it must be a signed commercial agreement, not talks, an LOI, or "exploring."

• Anthropic merely using a third-party cloud that itself rents from Meta does NOT count.

Otherwise resolves NO.
