Resolves to YES if Anthropic makes changes to its RSP such that they are bigger revisions than the move from v2.2 to v3.0, by the closing date. This includes cumulative changes, so vN will be compared to v3.0.

Resolves to NO if this does not happen.

This is revisions. Additions aren't revisions.

I don't want to think about edge cases AT ALL on this, so: This market will, if resolution is non-obvious, resolve according to the sole judgment of the best Anthropic model available at the time, by quoting it the exact terms of this market.
