Based on how this market has moved, do people have confidence that the ID verification system is safe to use, or do you feel like the market is not asking the right question?

Private data (ie IDs, real names) is handled by our new KYC provider IDenfy and never passes through our servers.

We only store phone numbers in a row-level-security private table, whereas our KYC provider stores our users' legal names and id documents. We actually only use firebase now for auth and one or two tiny tables.
