Background: Brazil and Argentina to start preparations for a common currency

Resolve YES if either Brazil or Argentina officially agree to adopt a shared official currency (that includes both Brazil and Argentina) at any point before 2030. (They are not required to begin issuing or accepting such a currency. They also are not required to have a plan to phase out their own national currencies.)
