It’s very interesting to me that this is so low. She declined to run for CA Gov and clearly still has an interest in being in the national spotlight. What else do people think she will do?

@PaperBoy I think their are two basic splits.

1. Does she want to run or not (probably yes but not certain)

2. Does she actually decide to run, ex how is her polling after the mid terms.

This market needs a better description as to the resolution criteria. Is it that she participates in the primary? Or just says that she is considering it?
