It's stayed unchanged for over 100 years, and a 2010 poll (I didn't quickly find a newer one) suggests that changing the flag would be overwhelmingly unpopular, so I think it's quite unlikely to change any time soon.

@BenjaminCosman That's the most recent poll on Wikipedia. I know there's a debate about their flag but I didn't realise change was that unpopular.
