Loyal, a company developing treatments for longevity in dogs, recently announced that they have "completed the technical effectiveness portion of their conditional approval for [their first drug candidate]".

Status as of October 2026 from Loyal's own material: LOY-001's effectiveness (RXE) section was accepted in November 2023, and Loyal's current veterinary brief describes LOY-001 and LOY-003 as in early-stage development. The regulatory momentum since has been on LOY-002, with its safety section accepted in January 2026 and the manufacturing section outstanding; LOY-003 completed its RXE section in 2026 (the acceptance mentioned above). Loyal is in my broader professional orbit (eg Celine was at the Future Forum), so I was surprised to see a LessWrong post arguing that their drug doesn't work...

Added M$1000 subsidy; this seems like an important question!
