Argentina has no nuclear weapons, and the UK will become an "AGI-State" long before Argentina does. The hard power imbalance is going to be huge within this timeframe. Without a legitimate claim to the islands + taking into account the massive gap in strategic capabilities, it's hard to see what sequence of events would lead to Argentina asserting control over the Falklands before 2040.
