If a prediction-market platform introduces cryptocurrency payments, I think the biggest questions go beyond choosing a blockchain. The company would need to consider custody, payment processing, user verification, regulatory requirements, and how deposits and withdrawals would work across different jurisdictions. It would also need clear procedures for handling transaction errors and explaining fees to users. For users exploring conversions involving SXP and USDT, sxpusdt.co relates to that specific process. However, the platform's broader decision to adopt crypto would require a separate assessment of compliance, security, and user experience. A successful implementation depends on making the system understandable and operationally sound, not simply adding a token payment option.

resolves n/a if not by when?

@realDonaldTrump I’ll say January 1, 2027

If Manifold introduced a cryptocurrency, just why would it incorporate anywhere?

@AnT At a specific level, because some company needs to exist to pay for the site infrastructure, employee salaries, etc., own the site trademarks, and so on. Manifold already is an incorporated company in the US. At a more general level, because Manifold staff have mentioned that they might need to reincorporate if they went to a cryptocurrency.

@AnT 'Gambling' + imperfect KYC + cryptocurrency + trying to comply with US law = bad timesâ„¢
