Total Revenue as reported in any 4 consecutive quarters. It is the end date of the year when it first happens that matters.
So if it is the year ending 31 December 2030 then "In or before 2030" and later options would resolve yes. If the first time it happens is the 52 weeks ending 3 January 2031 then only "In or before 2031" and later options would resolve yes.
Mergers and acquisitions count.
In the unlikely event of a change of quarter end then time apportionment to 365 days will be used.

Any other nits to work out?
(Gross revenue just raises questions of is that before expenses or grossed up to include sales taxes. so I hope total revenue per quarterly accounts is clearer. Interest received and other income are not included in total revenue line of quarterly accounts and should not be added to claim 1 trillion reached.)
