In any case, when such a dissolution occurs, will a nationwide abortion ban have ever been enacted, after market creation? If so, this market resolves YES when such a ban is enacted. If not, this market resolves NO upon the dissolution of the United States of America.

Would banning abortion after 39 weeks constitute a ban?

Any insight on what constitutes the smallest YES nationwide abortion ban? How would a situation à la certain-drug-policies resolve—federally criminalized yet also allowed by individual state laws? (Apologies if already specified in other markets.)

I think that would count. It's hard to tell what the smallest YES nationwide abortion ban would be, but if on a federal level abortion is illegal, whether for the doctor to allow abortion in general, or for the woman to get an abortion, or stuff like that, it would resolve this market YES
