This market resolves YES if there is credible legacy media reporting that CVE-2026-109618 / CVE-2026-109619 AKA 'php2shell' abuse leads to the death of at least two people.

Examples:
A hospital is hacked and life support systems are shut down.
Industrial equipment is breached, causing an explosion that kills workers

Weapons system breached, leading to a munitions explosion causing loss of life.

Basically, if a legacy media org reports this exploit causes two people to die, this market resolves YES.
