I believe today (11th October 2023) it is legal in Colorado and Oregon.
California governor just blocked it for a year or so.
So 24 more states need to legalize it in the next 10 years.

If we take into account not only "classic" psychedelic, it should resolve Yes next year when MDMA will be rescheduled on the federal level.

@ArekStryjski I don't think MDMA rescheduling would count as "legalization".

what does legalize entail here, medicinal use? Is a single psychedelic made legal per state sufficient? How would this resolve if a federal reschedule affected all states?
