Can we get some clarification on the resolution criteria? Are we talking something akin to the Matrix, i.e. you go into what is essentially an induced coma and you "wake up" in a virtual world whose outputs are being transmitted directly into your brain as if they were physical stimuli in the real world?

Apparently Full Dive is a term from the anime SAO and refers to a fully-immersive VR experience delivered by a direct-brain-interface. Is this roughly what the market is about, @1999pvpmonster ?
