Several reports have suggested that Ukraine's commander-in-chief Valerii Zaluzhnyi is the only public figure whose popularity is comparable to Zelenskiy's, and he might mount a challenge for the presidency, although he has denied political ambitions.

The market resolves Yes if Zaluzhnyi or his official representatives announce at any point that he is running for a political office, or if he is appointed to a political position (e.g. within the government) before 2030. Otherwise, it resolves No.

UPDATE: If Zaluzhnyi is actively involved in a political party, this also counts as "Yes". Pure membership does not suffice.
