Resolves YES if the team that wins the 2026 World Cup has the most total goals in the World Cup. If the winner is tied with another team for most total goals then the market will still resolve YES. In other words they do not need to be the sole leader for total goals so long as no team has a higher total. Penalty shootout goals will not count towards team goal totals for this market.
