I mean he is a Trump-endorsed republican in a solid red district that voted Trump by +30 in 2024 and that I believe hasn't had a democrat representative since 1989. Also, in 2025 he won the special election republican primary by +69 and the general by +14. Unfortunately I think most voters in the district don't really care and will just vote whoever Trump endorses.
