I started the novel "Roots: The Saga of an American Family" by Alex Haley a few months ago. I will resolve this YES and give some sort of review when/if I finish the entire book. Other context: I enjoy some epic novels and have finished a few, but I have also started many fiction books without finishing (including one or two others currently). I started it on vacation and haven't read more than a few pages since getting back.
