I think this needs a much clearer set of criteria for resolution. Electricity rate design, cost allocation, etc are complicated and this question is overly broad.

@DavidSavage my interpretation of the description is if Anthropic pays people money for electricity and announces it this resolves yes, irrespective of any of the things you mentioned. @ManiPart it would be good to clarify though

It seems like this is really about whether Anthropic's 1st party data centers with Fluidstack actually come online in 2026/7. Assuming they do, Anthropic spending at least some money on the margin to nominally uphold this commitment seems like a very low bar.
