Does it count if the human technically doesn't have legs?

@Tumbles I suppose so. I am having a difficult time imagining how a human without legs might move around on the moon. I don’t think a traditional wheelchair would work well.

The intent of the phrasing was to reference the first moon landing, and to exclude cases where humans get very close to the moon but do not exit the space craft and make direct contact with the surface.
