Resolution criteria
This market will resolve to "Yes" if, before any existing face is removed from Mount Rushmore, an additional face is officially approved and added to the monument. The addition must be authorized by the appropriate governmental authorities and physically completed. The market will resolve to "No" if a face is removed by any cause before a new face is added.
