I will resolve based on my judgment of whichever firm / organization is offering the single largest compute price index (e.g H100 hourly rental prices) in terms of trading volume or hedging activity, primarily, or industry/media buzz, secondarily (if there is a tie of if real trading/hedging volumes are minimal).
