Resolution criteria

This market resolves to the company that successfully acquires Snap Inc. (NYSE: SNAP) by December 31, 2026. Resolution requires a completed acquisition where the acquirer gains control of Snap's assets and operations. Verification will be based on official SEC filings, press releases from the acquiring company, or other authoritative sources confirming the transaction's completion. If no acquisition is completed by the deadline, the market resolves to "No acquisition by end of 2026."
