Close date: This is a prediction market such that I wish to avoid users riding the change in resolution near the end as late data becomes available (news snipers). Thus close date is well before expected resolution and different than resolution date. I may open another market post close if worthwhile.

Resolution: Using the International Atomic Energy Agency database as resolution when unit 1 reactor goes “online”.
