Section 1: "In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President." So if Trump dies and the VP takes over, would that be a "successful invocation"?
Section 3 says that the President can (normally temporarily) turn over his duties to the VP as acting president. Would this be a "successful invocation"?

@AndrewEdstrom Why is this so low? He has committed a huge number of serious crimes and has already given out a number of questionable pardons. What reason could he possibly have not to do this?
