"Leave F1" resolves as YES if Max announces that he leaves F1 and no contract with another team is known to be in affect at that time. It doesn't matter at that point if he comes back later like Alonso or the Michael did. I'll extend the market till Max retires or joins a team other than RBR.

If a team changes name for marketing or acquisition reasons (like Sauber to Audi or VCARB to RB) it will count as the same team for purposes of this market.
