If it is are damaged or attacked for example in a political action, if is is fully repairable then it doesn't count as being destroyed. i.e. surface damage, clean, ok => doesn't qualify. but cracking or removing part of the image itself, which can't be fixed => counts as destroyed. Cracking a minor aspect of the object which is exactly replaceable will not count as it being destroyed.

If the situation is uncertain, I may delay resolution until there is clarity. If there is no clarity after 6 months, then I may resolve the claim as YES it is lost.
