This resolves NO if they are disqualified from entering, thrown out or decide on their own to not participate.

I will adjust the closing once the event dates are known, accordingly to the small hours after the night of final voting. That is to say, live betting will be allowed as the night progresses, so if you put limit orders, you may want to clear them before the event.
