Assuming that this will resolve YES only if the 2084 US presidential election is won by a gay person, this should be very unlikely. Even if homophobia goes away, gay people are 5% of the population or less and shouldn't be overrepresented in presidents.

Assuming that this is IN 2084, not BY 2084.
Also assuming that this is specifically a gay president, not a bisexual president, for example.
