Not sure if there's a name for this concept, but by January 1st 2050, will any world leader (defined as a head of state or government, or leader of a major intergovernmental organization such as the UN, World Bank, etc) have advocated for using humanity's resources to build self-replicating machines to convert as much of the universe into minds experiencing pleasure as possible?
